/ TERMS OF SALE
1. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
2. Minimum tag order is $100.
3. All shipments are FOB iMARC, Phoenix,
Arizona USA
4. Terms — net
to accounts with approved credit. Interest charges of 1.5% (18%
annually) apply to accounts
over 30 days.
- Initial order must be C.O.D. or credit
card.
- Certified check required for any order
exceeding $1,000.00.
- UPS C.O.D. fee of $9.00 applies to
each C.O.D. order.
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American
Express accepted.
- There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned
checks.
5. Return Merchandise
- No items will be accepted for return without
authorization.
- Only stock items and colors can be returned
due to an ordering error and will incur a 15% restocking
fee. ALL NON-STOCK ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE!
- All discrepancies should be reported within
5 days.
- If any product is found to be defective,
this product(s) must be returned to iMARC within 45 days
to receive a refund or exchange.
- Return authorization number is required
for all returns.
6. Any account over 60 days will automatically
be put on C.O.D.
7. Invoices are enclosed with shipment. No
statement will be issued unless requested.
8. All merchandise purchased remains the
property of iMARC until paid in full.
9. Prices subject
to change without notice. We do our best to keep the web site up-to-date
with the most
current pricing and discount offers. Not responsible for online "typos".
NOTE: If your negotiated price for iMARC tags is higher
or lower than what you see on this site--your invoice will be adjusted
accordingly.
You may be asked for your credit card number to cover additional
charges that may apply before your order will ship.
10. We are not responsible for technical
errors that occur with our web site--nor that of our shopping cart's
server(s) nor the credit card processing company's server(s).
